About this design

About the Welcome to the Team

A cluster of rainbow balloons floats above hand-lettered "Welcome to the team" on a soft cream background, with the strings gathered into one bunch and curly ribbons trailing down.

Each word is colored differently, running from red and orange through green, blue, and purple, and the rounded, slightly uneven letters feel friendly rather than corporate. Small doodles surround the text: coffee cups, open laptops, potted plants, plus scattered confetti, stars, and streamers. They nod to the office without crowding the message. It's a cheerful welcome to the team card for a new hire's first morning, a new teammate joining a small department, or an intern on day one. Send it online, or let everyone on the team sign it together, so a new colleague sees a few friendly names right away.
