Bulk eCards for teams
Every employee birthday and anniversary, set up in one sitting
Upload a spreadsheet of names, emails and dates. We create a group ecard for each person, your team signs the ones they want to, and every card arrives on the right morning.
- Free during launch
- CSV or Excel
- No minimum order
How it’s different
Not a mass email. A card for every person.
Most bulk tools send the same message to everyone at once. Here, every row in your file becomes its own card, with its own name, date and signatures.
One card per person
Each card carries the recipient’s name and its own title, and they all sit together under one order in your account.
Still signed by the team
Every card has its own link. Drop it in the team chat a few days early and messages build up before it’s sent.
Sent on their day
Each row has its own send date and time. Nobody has to remember; the card goes out by email on its own.
How it works
Four steps, about ten minutes
Most of the time goes into tidying the spreadsheet. The order form itself is quick.
- 1
Pick designs and name the order
Choose one design, or several. With several, they are handed out in turn down your list, so a run of birthdays doesn’t all look the same. Add a sender name such as “The People Team”.
- 2
Add your people
Upload a CSV or Excel file, or type names in by hand. We flag invalid emails, duplicates and dates that have already passed before anything is created.
- 3
Set the mood
Music, confetti, envelope colour and stamp are chosen once and used on every card in the order.
- 4
Create, then share
Each person gets their own card under Account → Bulk orders. Open any of them to copy the signing link, change the details, or delete it before it goes out.
Your spreadsheet
Four columns. That’s the whole format.
If your HR or CRM export already has names, emails and dates, rename the headers to match and you’re done.
recipient_emailRequired- Where the card is delivered. Each address can appear once per order.
recipient_nameRequired- Shown on the envelope and the card, so use the name they go by.
send_dateRequired- Date and time, e.g. 2027-03-14T09:00:00. Must be in the future. The time follows the time zone you pick for the order.
card_titleOptional- Optional. Leave the column out to use one title for everyone, such as “Happy birthday”.
| recipient_email | recipient_name | send_date | card_title |
|---|---|---|---|
| [email protected] | Priya Shah | 2027-03-14T09:00:00 | Happy birthday, Priya |
| [email protected] | Tom Okafor | 2027-04-02T09:00:00 | Five years, Tom |
| [email protected] | Lena Fischer | 2027-04-21T09:00:00 | Welcome to the team, Lena |
- Excel users: save as .xlsx and keep the header row on line 1.
- Dates that have already passed are rejected, so the file can’t send a birthday card six months late.
- Got a few names to add later? You can type extra rows into the form after uploading.
Where teams use it
The dates that are easy to miss
A 40-person team has three or four birthdays a month and an anniversary most weeks. These are the orders people set up most.
Company birthdays
Export names and birthdays from your HR system in January, set the send time to 9am, and the year is covered. New joiners can go in a second, smaller order.
Work anniversaries
Use start dates as send dates and put the milestone in card_title (“Five years, Tom”), so each card says something specific rather than a generic thank-you.
First-day welcomes
Schedule a card for each new starter’s first morning. Share the link with their team the week before, so it arrives already full of hellos.
Client thank-yous
Send a card to every client contact at the end of a project or the end of the year, signed by the people who actually worked with them.
Festive greetings
Diwali, Christmas, Lunar New Year or Eid: one order, one design per festival, and everyone on the list hears from you on the same morning.
Members and volunteers
Clubs, schools and nonprofits use it to thank volunteers or mark members’ milestones, without someone writing fifty emails by hand.

Questions
Before you upload
Something we haven’t covered? Email [email protected] with your file attached and we’ll take a look.
Can colleagues still sign the cards?
Yes. Every card in a bulk order is a normal group card with its own signing link. Open it from Account → Bulk orders, copy the link, and share it with whoever should sign before the send date.
What file formats can I upload?
CSV, XLSX or XLS. Keep the header row exactly as in the template: recipient_email, recipient_name, send_date and, if you want different titles per person, card_title.
Can I give each person a different design?
Not row by row yet. If you choose several designs, they are assigned in turn down the list. For full control, split the list into separate orders, one per design.
What time are cards delivered?
At the time in each row’s send_date, in the time zone you choose for the order. If your team spans time zones, a separate order per region keeps 9am feeling like 9am for everyone.
Can I change or cancel a card after creating the order?
Yes. Any card can be edited or deleted from the order page until it has been sent. You can also rename the order or delete it entirely.
Can I add our company logo?
Not as part of the bulk order yet. You can add a logo to individual cards from their edit page after the order is created.
Is there a minimum or maximum order size?
There is no minimum: an order of three is fine. If you are planning several thousand cards, email [email protected] first and we will help you check the file.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during launch, and you don’t need a card to start. If paid options arrive later, prices will be shown before you place an order, and existing orders stay free.
Do the spreadsheet once. Let the cards look after themselves.
Free during launch. You’ll need a free account to place the order.
