About this design
About the Congrats on Your New Role Card
A smiling little elevator is the star of this card, with rosy cheeks, a glowing orange up arrow above its doors, and a floor display that reads 5.
Around it, golden stars scatter across a soft blue gingham background. The headline "Look who's moving up" is set in navy capitals, with "Moving Up" in chunky green lettering outlined with stitched-style dashes. The pun is gentle and easy to get, so it suits a congrats on your new role card for a colleague, a direct report, or a work friend who just landed a promotion or a new position. The mood is cheerful and a little goofy, never over the top. Send it online the day the news lands, or pass it around so the whole team can sign. It's a friendly way to say you noticed, and you're glad for them.
